Sounds perfect, Brian!
We went on a walk through midtown, took naps and now we're making paella on a rainy Labor Day Monday.
Oooh, I would have liked to do that instead! Now, how does one make paella?
I got Paul a huge paella pan and cookbook for our anniversary. We decided it was a good day to break them out. We went to the grocery store and got all the ingredients and also made some sangria. It took about an hour to make and was super yummy.
